We release 10 sturgeon into the sea for every purchase. It is multiple times more than we use for the production itself. We make delicious sterlet caviar, letting nature rule the process—fish eggs grow without hormones. So you get a pure sterlet caviar taste.

The storage without artificial additives and preservatives and the usage of а high-tech extraction process creates an unsurpassed delicacy. The traditional malossol recipe with а content of up to 3% salt preserves the original taste of а natural product.

Our production adheres to global standards, prioritizing the sturgeon spawning process and population growth. We nourish our fish with eco-friendly Alltech Coppens feed and employ water-saving Recirculating Aquaculture Systems (RAS) to minimize our environmental footprint.
