A hybrid caviar made from the Amur and Kaluga sturgeons (Aciepenser schrenkii and Huso dauricus), the Kaluga Fusion Amber. The Caspian Salt Masters were the first to process Kaluga caviar, sometimes referred to as River Beluga caviar. Caviar Bazar works with Caspian experts to ensure the best salt content possible in order to produce the greatest quality product. As a result, the caviar has huge, highly firm pearls that are glossy and dark amber in color. Its flavor is mellow, buttery, and creamy, making it just as silky and similar to Caspian Beluga Caviar in terms of flavor.
